“Oh, you don’t know? First of all, his friends call him RJ. He says “Call me Ryan, Call me RJ, Just don’t call me late for dinner”.  RJ’s born and raised in Oakland, CA. He started early, selling rocks from neighbors’ yards back to them. He's always been entrepreneurial. His parents were in sales, so it runs in the family."

"After high school, RJ went into culinary arts. He worked as one of the youngest line cooks at Boulevard in San Francisco. When he co-founded Authentic Bagel Co in 2011, the business grew fast, and the company “Kneaded more space”. They handled renovations, from knocking down walls to framing new pass through windows. That’s when his interest in construction really took off."

"It’s actually a funny story. At 18, RJ realized moving out of his parents' house and renting was a waste of money, especially with City College of San Francisco just around the corner. Instead of renting, he decided to save up for his future and in 2017 bought his first rental property in East Oakland. Later in 2021, he took the plunge and got his Real Estate license and shortly after, his General Contractor’s license. Now, he combines both—helping people find homes and turning outdated properties into these ridiculously beautiful masterpieces."

"Since 2023, he's been flipping properties, taking ones that need a lot of work and turning them into beautiful homes. He’s also growing his Construction business, working with homeowners to redesign their spaces. Plus, he's back to helping first-time buyers get into contract in the Bay Area market which we all know can be extremely challenging because of the competition. I heard too he's opening up his group and interviewing more people again for investing."
